Boucher, Doolittle introduce HR 1201, The FAIR USE Act of 2007

Rick Boucher has long sought to ensure protection for consumers who for various purposes seek Fair Use of copyrighted material. HR 1201, co-sponsored by Rep. Doolittle, continues that goal.
